Every company is different in its physical security risks and exposure. ROK Systems will evaluate and assess your physical security needs and risks. We deliver comprehensive physical security assessments and make actionable recommendations for bolstering your physical security.
System Integration, Configuration & Deployment
Once you have chosen a Physical Security Solution that fits your needs, ROK Systems has an expert team of engineers and installers that will integrate your new security system with other existing devices such as gate, call boxes, and access control doors. Then we will configure your new system to meet your company’s security policies and deploy the system on your site – whether it’s one location or a nationwide network of locations.
Education, Training & Extended Support
Once a system is installed and implemented, our customers rely on us for training and continued education. We offer remote support with Webex or on-site support if the need arises. We offer additional software integration, software upgrades and hardware warranties through extended support contracts.
